Delivery to Higher Floors: If you require your furniture to be delivered to an apartment or office on a higher floor, additional charges may apply. This service is subject to the driver's discretion and ability to safely handle the item(s) up multiple flights of stairs or within the building's lift constraints. Narrow Doorways, Hallways, or Obstructions: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the chosen furniture items can fit through all doorways, hallways, and stairwells leading to the desired placement area. We encourage you to measure these spaces carefully before placing your order.

Damage Clause (Narrow Access): In instances where the delivery team attempts to maneuver furniture through narrow doorways, hallways, or other confined spaces at the customer's request, any damage incurred to the furniture or property as a result of these efforts will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Our delivery personnel will exercise reasonable care, but we cannot be held liable for damages arising from difficult access points.
